What a nightmare

One of the cats got way up high above the cages and I couldn’t get to her, I tried standing on something to reach and grab her but she kept screaming and hissing and biting, eventually I had one of the employees come in and get her down.

Then there was the trio of cats and I couldn’t find one of them to put back in their cage, like I had two of them but couldn’t find the third. It was hiding inside the cabinet
