She told me yo get a blood pressure cuff and measure it but only when I feel lightheaded or weak. She said that I do not need daily monitoring but only to monitor when I feel that way to determine if indeed it drops. I will examine the chart you linked it, thank you! My blood pressure reading two days before my latest episode of feeling faint was 101/64. On most occasions when my blood pressure is taken and it is measured frequently because I regularly donate blood is more like 110/70 and I feel completely fine. I am one year older than you.

Once my blood pressure at the donation center was under 90/60 and I did not make the minimal cut-off. I was sent to the canteen yo eat and drink, had salty pretzels there, hydrated well and thr blood pressure went up and I made the cutoff and was able to donate.

My internist said that systolic under 100 plus symptomatic is low, but same blood pressure and not symptomatic is considered normal.
