I love vinegar, but it's one of the things that will trigger an awful reflux attack. Sadly my most severe attacks happen at night, when I'm asleep, a couple weeks ago when my allergies were acting up and I was mouth breathing, I actually aspirated. This was not an enjoyable experience. To top it all off, my insurance company is denying the second daily dose of Nexium. My doc recommended adding a pepcid to the second PM dose.
