Amazing ... tried to murder you two ... prison sentence .. and now visitation rights !!!! This has to go higher in the courts to keep him away. What kinda idiot judge would permit such a thing?

If he is a threat, you need to do what you need to do to protect you and children. It's not "fair" but it's reality for you and grandmother to take off for a place he won't know where you are. It's your safety balanced against what you would like or what seems fair. It's what you value against what would be nice.

If he's a real threat, jump... and jump fast.
