IOP is going well, it's been a good experience so far.
I met with the resident pdoc and he had my full history. I'm grateful to my current pdoc for being so thorough. Because of that, I didn't have to re-explain my history or past problems, we were just able to focus on why I'm off work and my current issues. He had some ideas for treatment and will make recommendations soon.
The nursing staff is also very helpful and kind. The group sessions are good too, lots of relevant information and good to see others with issues similar to myself.
No SH thoughts but I'm still feeling anxious and low, but that's not new.
I'll get in touch with my GP today about whether I need a tetanus shot.
