we already have bad credit .... we always had a fantastic credit rating until Tony lost his job

he was earning enough for a comfortable life style .... it's not his fault, i'm not saying that at all, just sometimes with 2 teens and lots of their friends it gets a bit tight here .... we have been advised to go bankrupt and start afresh anyway .... it only lasts for 3 years here in the UK .... i couldn't care less if we never had a mortgage again. We are going to rent and then when the children are both at Uni we will travel and just have somewhere they can have a base at.
here in the UK if you buy a house you end up paying 3 times more than you borrow anyway.
