It was all good I'm glad that when they did the procedure they didn't find anything bad. The thing is I was probably constipated etc from my medication I take so they did a colonoscopy. They just found a few internal hemmoroids removed those to look under a microscope. The doctor was very nice. It was a little scary it said on my notes I had an adverse effect to the drug they gave me but I was okay. That experience of flying in Egypt was not scary but felt spiritual. I felt at peace it felt so real. Now my brain is amazed I feel like I see myself differently. Like I don't feel so negative about myself because like my mind had a powerful experience. I always underestimated my mind. You know it's like oh my ADHD or whatever means I can never work or whatever. However my mind and body was able to fly maybe it's the drugs sure I'll give that some of it. It just makes me think tho the brain is amazing and I'm in awe of it now. Not pessimistic about it but amazed
