Hi all! I've had a busy few days (well for me these days - I am still recovering my mental and physical health). Went to a 3-hour writing group yesterday. The day before I went to the gym and worked out hard, then went grocery shopping and did some writing, then on Thursday I went to a live depression support group - for the first time in this city. It was pretty good.
Also I am down 7 POUNDS!!! Not much, but a big deal to me as I find it very hard to lose weight post-menopause. I have 40+ pounds to go.
