I told my mom my niece was contaigious and she didn't believe me. Now my mom has a cold and I'm just like "I told you so." I don't know what I'm dealing with still, I see the gastro doctor on Thursday, but I'm hoping if I get sick it won't make my issues worse. It is a concern of mine.

Anyways today I was just tired mainly. My brother has bad OCD and his rituals often wake me up at night and sometimes I can't fall back asleep for hours. My stomach was actually pretty ok most of the day, but I didn't eat much so that may be why. Besides the health stuff I didn't have much anxiety. Mood wise I feel ok too. I have therapy tommorow and I don't know what she'll say about anything. I did a lot of grounding and mindfullness and I used the anger iceberg. So even if my eating wasn't great she may not be too mad at me.
