Forgive if I missed this, but is your daughter seeing a therapist?
Hello!

She is seeing a therapist. We actually have a therapy appointment tomorrow morning So that's good. We'll see what her therapist has to say about her intrusive thoughts.

I just don't want to put her on meds because she's only eleven and I'm worried about them affecting her brain development negatively We're going to do it as a last resort.
