Sequel worked for me for over 10 years but I started feeling faint all of the sudden so I decreased it over a period of time down to 175 mgs in the evening. 25mgs at dinnertime and 150mgs before bed. I can tolerate that amount down from 625 mgs in the evening. I took 25mgs at dinner time and 600mgs before bed and I can't tolerate that high dose anymore. BF
