Feels like I'm heading into a mixed episode. I usually start seeing early warning signs this time of year and the episode lasts until August/September. I really need to take my PRNs more consistently to avoid full blown mania. I took Haldol last night and this morning. I should take the olanzapine too since it helps me sleep through the night. I'm still paranoid about my ex (which I think is totally reasonable), and I'm starting to think my mom is trying to get me to kill myself. I've never explicitly told her I'm bulimic, but I think she knows and I think she's intentionally triggering me because she wants me to die from it.
