Try ammonia if bleach is not suitable.

I gave up with the tinted mineral sunscreens. I went to the chemical side... Right now I am using one by Vichy and it is, by far, one of the best ones. La Roche-Posay makes a pretty good one too. I just avoid avobenzone.
