Just quiet. Worked today. Went to the gym again. Then went for burgers. Picked up a prescription.
Not much else to report. I feel good and I’m obsessed with the gym again. Can’t wait to go back tomorrow.
Once my finger is healed I’ll go back to normal routine of upper body in the mix but right now I’m just focused on legs and abs and some cardio.
Yeah that’s pretty much it.
