My ACT team kinda sucks right now. My case manager is out for the month for surgery, my therapist has cancelled the last two weeks, my pdoc is on vacation, and my peer support person has been AWOL for three weeks. So basically all I have right now is the on-call number for a crisis (and they're hit or miss).

Also have poison ivy all over my arm and belly, itchy!
