Fierce Kindness is a book title. Haven't read, or even seen, the book. What I do have is a postcard from the publisher which lists the principles discussed in it.

I got the card as a gift for making a purchase at a framing shop. So, a coincidence yours got shaken off the walls. But the job is done.
