Tomorrow I have an appt with my doctor and I'm going to mention my headaches to him, I don't know what they can do about it but I'm just so fed up with myself I don't know how I can do it anymore. It's just so hard and now that I have the flu I'm not coping I just don't know how to do it. I really hope my doctor can help me I just can't wait any longer. It's always been just throwing meds at me like there lollies and it's obviously hasn't worked so far for me. The only thing I can think to do is isolate myself. I just find life to be crippling.
