Have you told t about the insiders who won't let you speak? Often mine won't let me speak either - but I can write and draw. So i take those in and we work from there. I have an awesome t now... took 4 others before her. The first one didn't believe there was any abuse and told me to forgive my "abuser" . I ended shortly after.
I still can't tell her everything, but after 5 years and (now) 5 t's , one of my insiders just opened up like 3 weeks ago.
If you think you want to try more, i would encourage it.
