Coping today by getting in some exercises. I did some Hip-Opening Yoga, and some home workout exercises like sit ups, push ups, glute bridges, Russian Twists, bicycle crunches, and weighted lunges. I didn't do the part where I do the cardio (AKA the elliptical) but I am going to be doing my meager workout routine every day! I felt better and I know I'm going to love the way I look because I am trying to lose weight. I must be at a point in my life where being free and feeling the enormous freedoms living in the USA and it is very uplifting.
