I need to start learning how to make stir fry’s. I love them. Like chicken breast cut up and broccoli other veggies and brown rice with a sauce , those seem really simple to make. I just need to get more comfortable cooking.
Tonight I made velveeta and shells again. Not the healthiest to say the least lol but I did add a can of peas to the batch mixed in. So at least I got a vegetable. Im not super fond of vegetables. I LOVE broccoli , asparagus, and Brussels sprouts are my favorite. The rest I am not very into but I’m looking for a ways to add more to my diet. Oh yeah I do love squash and mushrooms. And water chestnuts…Maybe I like more veggies than I initially thought.
