Can a genius have no empathy? I Googled, and found no result.

Cuz my grandmother (On my dads side) is a linguistic genius... Well, on my moms side too.

They did everything right (For them/Narcissist), but had no empathy.. So in the end, they stay isolated, alone - Before death. On my moms side? She actually enjoys being alone like that, just arguing.. on FB.. And my dads side, she's like "I'm lonely" (But she deserves it, cuz she's such of the most evil twisted narcissist sociopath).

Anyway, yeah those are my grandmothers.
