I started Prestiq last August and it really helped my anxiety. There aren't any side effects except I've heard it can make you manic. I haven't had that issue. Also coming off it is really hard.

But it made my agoraphobia a ton better so I was able to start leaving the house. My mom called it my miracle drug at one point.

I've never been on cymbalta though.
