Me either.  People expect me to take it in stride.
It's not so bad for me if I get a heads up. But 99% of the time I don't and it's always somebody else's change forced on me. Easing into it helps, if I can do that. I can't even stand it when my show airs on another day than the one I'm used to. CNN changed their headline ticker to a much smaller font. It's even harder to read.
Anyway I hate change and anything I have that nobody can interfere with....I hang on to it like a life preserver. My morning coffee is an example.
