I have always been a smart kid. People expected a lot from me. I was a physics olympiad finalist in my country and wanted to study physics. Women don’t choose life partners based on them being dancers or poets or painters. And now you want to learn instrument too.

When you say that “doesn’t seem to count”, you are correct: it doesn’t count at all. I mean in general men having hobbies and talents is attractive but all these specifics are of no importance.
