I have employed from-home workers for the better part of my career. Some people really prefer this arrangement. But you already spend too much time alone and you are not sure that you would be disciplined enough, so for you it probably makes most sense to look for an in-office employment now. On the other hand, with fibromyalgia, yes, and without a car, there is an argument for working from home. With the lack of car, though: if you start working from the office, will you have enough income to take out a car loan and buy a (maybe used) car?
