I'm already faced with the loss of contemporaries and it is very sad, but I know it's a part of living. It is tough all the same. And will increase as time goes by.


Also the loss of ability to do and to act as I would as a young person with so much hope and gusto (albeit with a certain naivete). I find that sad.

I'm trying to look for graceful examples of aging, such a Jamie Lee Curtis, to give me some guidance.
