Me too! The possibility that her neighbor hasn’t paid her yet exists so I have no way of knowing the truth. I have decided to wait two more weeks then I will email her neighbor and cc my friend when I politely ask about the money. Then my friend is cc’d and her neighbor has to tell us both when she will pay us. And if she already paid my friend who didn’t pay me, hopefully that truth is revealed per my email.
