I always have these moments when screwed up encounters I've had with people flood my mind, very bad intrusive thoughts. Then I dissociate because I can't handle the memories or feelings.

I've been working on this for years now. I don't believe it's gotten any better. It feels like I'm just always finding more creative ways to cope. I'm tired of coping. I want my brain to just stop bringing up random horrible memories then making me dissociate to cope with said memories I don't even want to think about in the first place. That'd be wonderful.
