Hi. It's not clear that lithium has done anything for me, I've kept having my annual crisis, so my doc is slowly switching me to valproic. As Yaowen has said, being off my meds has also led to bad things, so at least I know I'll always depend on anti-psychotics... until they come up with something better, that is .
