It's terrible isn't it? I deal with it by being more feminist and by supporting feminist principles. I do not support men going to strip clubs or watching porn, because both activities objectify and demean women. I support equal pay for women, though in the US, it's still an issue. Men will be men and will continue to enjoy things that objectify women, and there's not much we can do about that. Men are very visual and enjoy women's beauty and naked bodies. It's just a fact of life. But we as women do not need to objectify ourselves. We can dress in sexy clothing without inviting objectification, and we can treat ourselves in ways that show self respect and self worth. In fact, how I view and treat myself helps me to rise above all of it. Not sure if this helps you... maybe others will have better insights.
