Hi ppl. Today I woke up at 2pm and I really didn't want to wake up, I felt tired and not motivated at all, just wanted to keep sleeping and not many things to do any way.
I’m 42 yo, but I live with my mother. She yells to me quite often in this situations, thinks she's gonna change anything by just screaming a the top of her lungs but makes me feel quite the opposite, more despaired.
I wonder if this also happens to you or you have managed to get into a healthy routine even when you don't have particular obligations. Thanks.
