Oh I'm so sorry to hear they are cutting back on your support. You mental health system is so different from ours. The feelings of abandonment by your mental health professionals is devastating. I've had a few mental health "professionals" who needed attitude adjustments.

As a frog of little brain you know I have no answers. Totally separate from the support system or rather lack there of, finding an interest outside from the everyday mundane might help.

I have started doing some of the things I did before I landed in our local mental heath facility. While frustrating at times because I have to relearn everything, I'm able to put some of the pain of my mental health situation behind me. No instant cure but some of the horribly deep sorrow has eased a little.

I don't know about voluntary work but maybe you can find something, anything to help ease your dependency on your mental health system.

I know very little about you but my heart goes out to you my friend. The shock, the abandonment, the lack of understand my your mental health providers is overwhelming.

Whether to vent, cry, laugh, or just talk frogs of little brains make good listeners.
