I'm back now. I discovered today that accountability is a really good tool for me. Someone asked me what I was going to do today. I had been crying from feeling overwhelmed. I didn't know how to start. But I answered my friend and said I would be doing chores. The next thing I know I'm doing them. And I felt motivated. So now I want to come back to this group here and start it up again.
Today, I did the following:
1. Cleaned the kitchen.
2. Refilled the cats' dispensers.
3. Did self-care
Tomorrow, I want to:
1. Take a shower.
2. Clean litter boxes.
3. Mop my floor (I swept already)
I hope everyone is doing well. I look forward to seeing you again.
