My grandma is doing ok but she’s still in the hospital. Her potassium is low even after IV fluids so they’re trying to figure out why. As well as raise her levels. According to her no one looked at her levels yesterday so that’s why they didn’t discharge her. She’s hoping for discharge today.

My mom took off from work this week and will be staying with my grandma when she does come home for a few days. I told her to remember that she can take up to 12 weeks of FMLA to care for my grandmother if needed. She’s thinking of quitting her job anyway. She should, it’s killing her mentally and physically. My mom said that her loyalty to the company is gone because they sold out to a corporate entity (it was an independently owned eye dr office but now it’s been sold). I hope she does quit. She’ll be better for it.

In other news I got bit at work yesterday. I didn’t know the girl was a biter, I would have been more careful. At least now I know!
