Nammu ~ I think it’s great that you stay so busy. I am in awe. I think even if we lived in town and had things like that I’d probably still not do much LOL. I’m very much a homebody anymore.

Rainbow~ how are things ?

Rosie ~you and I share a couple medical problems …Diabetes and Fibromyalgia. Both are really complicated to manage a lot of the time. You certainly had a low with the sweaty. Do you have a meter to check your glucose levels ? Here in the US you don’t even need a prescription. At Walmart a meter is 10.00 and test strips are 18.00 for 100. I use to check mine in the morning fasting and after dinner but I knew what I can eat and roughly what my numbers would be. So I stopped checking. (I do if I’m feeling off tho) Having a meter wound help you if you do go low. Yes fruit unfortunately is not a good choice for us. If I start to drop I have a spoon of peanut butter. Do be careful if your low again.

Wild ~glad to hear your grandmother is doing ok outside of low potassium. Steve has to take a prescription strength daily to keep his in check. Only complaint he ask is that it’s a HUGE pill. He has to break it in 2. Sorry you got bite. You should have been advised about it. I’ve been meaning to ask how Cheeto is doing?

Nothing of any importance is going on for me. Im still scratching like a dog with mange. I break down in tears over it sometimes… it’s terrible. But I stay busy with my Diamond art. It’s been dreadfully hot here. Humid as can be UGH ! So my daily walks had to stop. Anyone else have a huge problem with tolerating heat being on psych meds ?? I know they effect me something terrible. I just can’t handle it .

I went out to feed the birds today and a humming bird flew right into my arm. We have probably a dozen and they zoom all over so I wasn’t a surprised when it happened lol
