So I'm back from a 3 week trip to southeast Asia. I didn't post while I was traveling.

I went with my whole family and we were in a different place every 3 days.

I couldn't take my Klonopin with me because it's a controlled substance where I went and I didn't have the time to submit the paperwork for it. My anxiety was really high for 2 weeks, but I managed somehow.

The time difference is 12 hours so adjusting my med schedule was not difficult.

I saw and did a lot of cool things like feeding and bathing elephants, visited a rainforest in the clouds, and a bunch of out really great things. Was a bonus that my whole family was on the trip too.

I have been reading posts here while I was traveling and I hope everyone improves soon, even if it's just a little.

Now I have to readjust to the time difference before my ketamine treatment begins in about 10 days.
