My emergency Benadryl worked well last night. I slept good. Then I took an Aleeve and my stomach med and I went out to breakfast and to do some shopping. I didn't eat much of my food, but it was a lot and my mom said it would probably last me for 4 meals.

I came home and had therapy. She was really distracted today. She was babysitting kids while working and at one point a couple of them came to where she was working and she told them she was working and then she had to put me on mute to get them settled. It was kind of weird and she was just like really not focused I guess today. It was the first time she brought her home problems into work and maybe there was some sort of emergency and she did apologize.

She told me to take the batteries out of my scale since I told her how much weighing myself was affecting me. I told her it was interfering with my sleep and everything. I took them out as soon as we ended and I actually feel really relieved now that I can't weigh myself.

Besides all that my stomach issues are back now despite taking all my meds correctly. At least I got stuff done this morning though. Although today wasn't particularly good. Just my shorts fitting weirdly, and package delays and other petty stuff that is all adding up.
