@Soupe du jour, I had lots of problems with my wifi at home. I bought a Google nest wifi router and point and haven't had any problems since. The router attaches to your modem and you place the point wherever you need more coverage. The router and point work together in a mesh so you only need 1 network for your whole house. And it supports a lot of devices-i have all cell phones, laptops, wireless cameras, doorbell and thermostat working on the nest network and it works perfectly. You can also add points to, say, add coverage to your basement in addition to the rest of the network. It's well worth the money because there just aren't any problems.
