Anyways, an insightful friend today told me that Lyft doesn’t want to deal with any liability issues. I don’t get why they couldn’t just fire the unsafe driver. They don’t want to be sued by either side she said. Interesting. Any thoughts on that?

Also, why wasn’t I asked about MY side of the story?

Moral of the story, companies can afford to loose a few customers. Keep complaints anonymous if necessary but always have proof & do it immediately before a vindictive prick does it first, lol 😆

Never tell them you’ll report them. Consumers aren’t protected valued anymore. We’re just a bunch of entitled ‘Karens’ now, lol 😆
