I am back home from the mental hospital after 3+ months. l am either drowsy when I am resting or restless when I am awake. Hope it improves and I feel better.

I will not go out for a walk today(taking it easy @6 days a week). I plan to push myself to dust/clean my room. Hope it goes well. Don't know why I feel so down even when I think of dusting/cleaning my room.
