Sorry Nammu. It is probably both/and. Is it possible for you to go to the aqua fitness (even if you haven't slept well)? I know about people who follow a program where they get up at the same time each morning and go to bed at the same time each night. They say it is hard, bit it works when they are persistent. Hope it can help you as well. It makes a pattern. If you do this even if you are tired in the morning, you will probably sleep better when you have physical regular activity.
You have been through a lot since February, so it is not strange that you feel down. Give yourself a pat at your back and tell yourself that you have been clever the last month before you do anything else.
