Hi, Have you tried change of diet (cut out junk food and eat fresh fruit and vegetables as much as possible), don't drink soft drinks, only pure water or herbal teas, take supplements and particularly Vitamin B12 daily? Also try really hard to take yourself out for a walk every day as much as possible. Walking relieves stress. Call up a friend and have a nice chat, put on your favourite music, get lost in a beautiful movie or good book. All things that take your mind off over-thinking and dark thoughts. Do you believe in God? Do you pray for strength and guidance? I always pray and I believe this really does help me. We all experience feelings of depression and suicide ideation sometimes, we just have to be strong and fight these feelings and thoughts off the best we can. Just know you are not alone and that I am sending you good energy and wish you stay safe always.
