Did you get your thyroid checked if your Dr thinks this could be the cause? Or hormone levels?
My cycle did shorten in peri menopause but this wasn’t until my late 40s and so far between 23-26 days which is bad enough, 18 must be exhausting. |
My doctor thinks I have a thyroid issue and is sending me to an endocrinologist. I did have blood work over the years but nothing to indicate thyroid. I am not sure. Or either the issue was sub clinical but enough to affect me.
My family doctor has requested more bloodwork which has uncovered the issue a little more.
