I can't add anything my Psychiatrist has to. To get to him I have to call the duty worker abd if they deem me in need they speak to him and see what he says.

I called Duty Worker today she said yeah I can't take an anti-depressant so I just need to ride it out. I'm to call back in a week if I'm no better. Waste of time calling up but hey ho!
