most libraries have a wonderful history department because people who home shcool do a lot of their work through their local library. she can also check with her school or college they will have information on anyone and anything that the students need to do term papers on.

websites any channel thats on her tv, cable and cell phones /computers have a website. example the history channel. national geographic and many other history containing aps on cell phones, digital tvs and so on. it may be as easy for her to find the information as turning on her tv or cell phone and looking at the various educational apps in google store that all tvs and cell phones and most computers now come with.

you may also need to consider that some countries also block and have made some websites illegal in their countries so swapping websites could land her into legal problems.

my suggestion is find out her location then look at educational materials available in her location and point her to those resources available in her country and location.

my children and I use the history channel, the roku apps on our tv, national geographic, and channels required as part of their home-schooling program. we also take field trips to the educational museums and places for their history related topics.
