@MtnTime2896 I am glad to see you back but so sorry to hear life is so hard for you. I hope that there is a way to get to a manageable place with this depression.
Have you considered talking to a doctor or your prescriber? A physical condition or the meds you are on could be contributing factors that could be treated so that might alleviate some of your symptoms.
Going it alone is difficult and you sound like you may need help at some point, so maybe asking for it now is preferable than waiting for a crisis to occur.
