I was able to do squats with weights today because I did them in-between other things, 1 set of 10 reps at a time for a total of 3 sets. I placed the dumbbells near the bathroom on the tile floor. I hope this way I will be reminded of the two exercises I currently plan to do with them: squats with weights and walking with weights.
I do not find doing squats boring, and that should help.
