My heart speaks when I tell you I completely understand and behind you 100 percent. This is a horrible, frightening disorder that is very hard to treat, unless you catch it immediately after the trauma occurred. Unfortunately, very few of us have that benefit.

PTSD started showing up in my life in 1972. But there was no diagnosis or treatment then. By the time there was, it was too late. Basically, I am just treading water one day at a time.
