Everyone deserves to be happy. It's just harder sometimes for us than for other people. And everything is not your fault. I know it's hard to believe but when I look back on my life a year ago, I was severely su and in the hospital. Thanks to good therapy, meds and a lot of hard work, I'm not depressed, making plans, and back at work. It is possible to get better. Hang on to that thought and keep posting your feelings here.
