I had to quit diet soda because I realized my weight loss stalled. Once I stopped I started losing. I do have a bad regular soda habit though. It doesn't help that I keep getting good reports from the dentist which in my mind just mesns that I can keep up the habit. Its bad because I use them in place of food which fuels restriction and its just a problem.
